Prabhu Group to buy 60 percent shares of Simrik Airlines

The Prabhu Group which recently bought Muktinath Airlines is in process to buy 60 percent shares of Simrik Airlines and the agreement was made on Friday.
With this deal, Prabhu Group has made its entrance in airline business too.
The agreement to buy has been signed by by both parties and the shares will be handed over within a month.
To ensure advertise, good management and the upcoming new aircraft in the airlines has aggravated the giant investors to make the deal with the airline company.
