Gorkha Airlines, the domestic airlines is in final stage to introducing its services with Embraer Regional Jet (ERJ-145) jet engine. After leaving its flights operations in shadow, the process of receiving air operation certificate still going on and anticipated to take couples of months.
CEO of Gorkha Airlines, Hari Bhakta said, “the schedule between representatives and airlines has not decided yet. As soon as the schedule is prepared, representatives from ERJ manufacturer will be arriving Kathmandu.”
Gorkha is planning to acquire two brand new ERJ aircraft from its manufacturing plant in Brazil to recommence its flight operation.The two ERJ aircraft will arrives by next 4-6 months, Bhakta added.
